First-class planed board products from the heart of Styria

Pabst Planed Products are produced in the two planing mills in Obdach from dried spruce and larch wood. Raw material from high altitudes can have narrow annual rings. Modern planing machines produce defined surfaces for facades, terraces, construction timber and interiors.

Profiles, dimensions and advantages

Our planed products offer a wide range of profile types for facades, terraces and interior fittings. Different dimensions and quality classes enable flexible application options in timber construction. Modern production ensures precise surfaces; with suitable construction and maintenance, solid wood can be used for a long time.

The range includes numerous profile types for various interior and exterior applications. These include classic façade and ceiling formwork such as chamfer and softline profiles, striking trapezoidal profiles and rhombus formwork for modern façades. The range is supplemented by special profiles, decking and solutions for individual architectural requirements.

The available dimensions vary depending on the type of wood and profile type. Thicknesses range from around 12.5 to 42 mm, widths from around 70 to 195 mm. Standard lengths are 3 and 4 metres. The of planed products are mainly offered in quality classes AB and B and in accordance with the criteria of the Association of the European Planing Industry (VEH).

The planed products impress with their precisely crafted surfaces, natural feel and high resistance. Tested F30 fire protection formwork is available for increased safety requirements. Planed products can be delivered on one truck together with glulam or sawn timber. Wood contains biogenic carbon, which remains stored for the service life of the product.
