We are a reliable partner in all phases of the implementation of large, modern timber construction projects. At our Zeltweg site, we manufacture special glulam components with lengths of up to 36 metres and process them precisely on our portal processing centres. A high degree of professionalism and absolute dimensional accuracy form the basis for economical and efficient timber constructions.

GLT COMPONENTS

At GLT Plant II, we are equipped to produce glulam beams with lengths of up to 36 m and heights of up to 2.56 m. With the help of our arch press, different beam shapes can be produced – from arched beams to gable roof beams.

GLT special components are precisely joined on a CMS-PMT portal processing centre. Standard GLT is processed on two Hundegger joinery machines.

Beam shapes

Pabst realizes a variety of glulam girder shapes: Arched beams, gable roof beams (straight/curved bottom chord), monopitch roof beams and fish belly beams. Thanks to the arch press, shapes with lengths of up to 36 m are possible.
